New User Application (pdf)
This form is for users who are not currently registered with the BIF Online Scheduler. This form must be signed by your PI and is necessary for training.

User Project Application (pdf)
This form is for users who already have an account with the BIF Online Scheduler, but are now needing to user different instruments. This form must be signed by your PI and is necessary for training on new instruments.

External User Application (pdf)
This form is for users who are not NU students or faculty.

Contract Research Application (pdf)
This form is for those wishing to hire BIF staff for research work or assistance. Contract work is taken at the discrepency of BIF staff.
